Avocado Toast — Secret Recipe

Recipe provided by AF3I’s grand-daughter (Age 9)

One or two avocados per serving

Artisan Bread

Garlic Salt

Black Pepper

Halve the avocados, remove the seed, scoop the flesh out of the skin.

Sprinkle garlic salt and freshly ground black pepper on the avocado flesh (to suit your taste).

Mash the seasoned avocado flesh to your liking.

Slice and toast the artisan bread to your liking.

Divide and place a generous portion of mashed avocado on each slice of toasted bread.

Using a fork, smear the avocado mixture uniformly across the toasted bread.

Share with Family and Friends.

Repeat as often as desired.

I saw this wonderful message at my favorite Farmers Market merchant in Lemoyne, PA

Marie’s Healthy Choices offers a great variety of Vegan and Vegetarian soups, salads, and other delicious treats.  This is my destination each week.

Soup brings together a dozen different, disparate ingredients and resolves them into flavorful harmony.

We should all get along so well.

I’ve managed to get an EchoLink Link Node set up and configured.

My EchoLink is set up as AF3I-L at Node 259045.

The station is located in Dillsburg, PA at Grid Locator FN10lc.

Availability of the node is somewhat hit or miss at this time.  I plan to have this node enabled on the days and times when Cumberland Amateur Radio Club conducts its Two-Meter Net.  Currently that is Sunday evenings at 7:00 local time (Eastern).

If you are a PC user the Node is 259045.  I believe that is what you need.
If you are an RF user the transceiver is on 146.490 Mhz, FM Simplex.
